✅ Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, with the balcony door closed.
🚗 Free underground parking is available for guests.
An electronic parking key can be provided free of charge upon request.
💡 Utilities are charged separately:
• Electricity: 7 THB/kWh
• Water: 40 THB/m³
💰 Security Deposit
For stays of 14 nights or longer, a refundable security deposit of 5,000 THB (or USD 200) is required.
The deposit can be paid in cash upon arrival or via Airbnb and may be used to cover utility charges.
🧹 Cleaning
• Final cleaning is included in the price.
• For stays of 10 nights or more, weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen and towel replacement is included free of charge.
🛏 Extra Bedding
If more than 2 guests are staying or the sofa bed is used, an additional bedding and towel set is available for 500 THB per week.
📋 Important Information
In accordance with Thai immigration regulations, the property owner may request passport details or a copy of each guest’s passport for registration purposes.
