This apartment will be your cozy home during your stay in Phuket. It features a king-size bed and a fold-out sofa in the living room, making it ideal for both families with children and couples. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a full lockable door, and the bathroom can be accessed from either room. The apartment also has a dedicated wardrobe area in the bedroom. Located on the 1st floor.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, with the balcony door closed.
🚗 Free underground parking is available for guests.
An electronic parking key can be provided free of charge upon request.
💡 Utilities are charged separately:

• Water: 40 THB/m³
💰 Security Deposit
For stays of 14 nights or longer, a refundable security deposit of 5,000 THB (or USD 200) is required.The deposit can be paid in cash upon arrival or via Airbnb and may be used to cover utility charges.
🧹 Cleaning
• Final cleaning is included in the price.
• For stays of 10 nights or more, weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen and towel replacement is included free of charge.
🛏 Extra Bedding
If more than 2 guests are staying or the sofa bed is used, an additional bedding and towel set is available for 500 THB per week.
📋 Important Information
In accordance with Thai immigration regulations, the property owner may request passport details or a copy of each guest’s passport for registration purposes.
